Who Said Pilates Wasn’t Tough?
Each week we‘ll highlight the obstacles we’ll meet and what’s required to conquer them.
1. BraveHeart Charge
Designed to get the Heart pumping and thin out the wheat from the chaff. We‘ll be using our Lightening speed and uncanny balance to get to the first obstacle in front!
2. Tired Yet?
Talk about easing us into it. Showing those Reserve Army people how to do it, our Crew will glide through this obstacle with ease, while craftily avoiding the tyres filled with mud. We would hate to get dirty.
3. Walk the Plank

Jumping 5 metres into cold muddy water. We will be fine. How much damage can it cause? Really that much? Okay so adults with children already will go first!!!
4. Berlin Walls # 1
Scaling the series of 4 metre high walls will be challenging enough…but getting past the machine gun post will be the real challenge!
5. Under Water Tunnels

Under water tunnels? The only thing scary about this is that Kevin Costner might jump out and force you to watch WaterWorld for the first time ever!
